트라우마는 과거의 현재형이다.

과거에 일어났지만 지금 일어난 것처럼 느껴서 마음을 아프게 하고 눈물을 을리게 한다.

이럴 때는 열차가 통과하고 있다고 생각하는 것이 도움이 된다.
