사람 사는 일이 아무리 복잡하다 해도,

미혼 때엔 아무리 기존의 도덕과 질서가 백해무익하다고 비판했을지라도,

결혼하고 나면 이재 껏 백해무익하다던 기존의 도덕과 규약을  금과옥조보다 더 소중하게 섬기고,

그 틀 안에서 모든 것을 가두어 단순화 시켜버리는 게 부부의 속성이 아닌가.

그래서 마치 미혼 때에는 인간이 아니었듯이,

부부라는 하나의 단위가 되어서야 비로소 인간이 되었다고 생각되지 않던가.
