정신적으로 늙지 않기 위해서는 

첫째 항상 공부를 해야 합니다, 뭐든지 배워야 해요.

일과 공부를 안 하면 몸도 마음도 빨리 늙습니다.

그렇다고 일과 공부가 꼭 직업을 말하는 건 아니예요.

공부가 따로 있나요? 독서하는 거죠, 취미 활동하는 거고요.

사실 따져보면 취미가 없는 사람은 없어요.

하고 싶었던 취미 생활을 제대로 해보라고 노후의 시간적 여유를 주어졌는지도 몰라요.
